Cucumber Avocado Sauce (Paleo, AIP, Whole 30)

Cucumber Avocado Sauce

If you like cucumber, avocado and cilantro this is the sauce for you! It’s super easy, versatile and gives any dish the extra je ne sais quoi.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

This goes great on just about any salad. If you would like a thinner sauce, you can add more water to make it into a salad dressing.

The avocado sauce also works great as a topping for chicken, steak, fish or as a side to dip veggies.

PARENT HACK

Kids love this as a dip. You can use veggies, grain free chips or plantain chips. If you want to add some extra greens, feel free to sneak in some spinach too. I tell my son this is super Gekko sauce and will make him super strong like Gekko in PJMasks!

HEALTH BENEFIT

Cilantro is a power house! Especially if you suffer from autoimmune diseases. Here’s a quick overview of it’s benefits:

  • can help rid heavy metals
  • supports heart health
  • antiseptic and antifungal properties
  • anti-inflammatory properties
  • relieves anxiety
  • protects your brain
  • aids in digestion
  • can help fight infections
