Vanilla Coconut Filling

organic heavy coconut cream

collagen powder

cashew nuts

maple syrup

vanilla extract
Chocolate Date Bottom

cocoa powder or carob powder

Instructions
Chocolate Date Bottom
Make the chocolate date bottom first since you'll be filling the bottom of the silicone cups with the paste.
Add the cocoa powder, sea salt, dates, and walnuts into the
blender
.
Put the paste on the bottom of each silicone cup, about 1/4 of inch in each cup.
Vanilla Coconut Filling
In a
high speed blender
, mix together the heavy coconut cream, collagen powder, cashews, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour into the silicone cups.
Place in freezer for 1-2 hours. When solid it's ready to eat!
