Mix the sauce ingredients together. Set 1/4 cup aside to top the fish once it's cooked. Pour over salmon let marinade 15 minutes - 1 hour.
Heat pan and add 2 tbsp ghee. Raise the heat to medium-high. Place the salmon, skin-side up in the pan. Cook until golden brown on 1 side, about 4 minutes. Turn the fish over with a spatula, pour the sauce over salmon. Cook about 3 minutes more.
Top with remaining sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve with lime wedges.
