Smoked Trout Dip (Dairy-free)
This dip comes together in less than 5 minutes but taste like a fancy appetizer at a 1st class restaurant.

- 6 oz smoked trout
- 4 oz kitehill cream cheese )or other dairy-free cream cheese)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped capers
Put the smoked trout in a bowl and break up with a fork.
Add cream cheese, chives, dill, capers, and lemon juice and mix together. That's it!
