Sheet Pan Tacos with AIP Seasoning
Put all of the ingredients on one pan and your dinner will be ready in 20 minutes!

Tacos
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 onion red or white
- 6 radishes quartered
- 4-5 leaves kale, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
AIP Taco Seasoning
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp coriander (dried cilantro)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp himalayan pink sea salt
Mango Salsa
- 1 mango diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 4 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 6 radishes chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Turn the oven to 350 F.
Blend all of the AIP spices together and coat chicken.
Chop the onion in slices, quarter the radishes and chop the kale.
Put everything on the pan. Don't peel the garlic cloves.
Drizzle the olive oil on top of everything.
Put the sheet pan in the oven and roast for 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 F.
When the chicken is cooked, cut in slices. Put all of the ingredients in your favorite tortilla.
