Peanut Butter Blondies

You'll never guess that these decadent peanut butter blondies are gluten and dairy free!

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Turn oven on to 350F.
Mix together eggs and coconut sugar. I recommend using a hand mixer if you have one,. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Once the wet ingredients are all mixed add almond flour and baking soda.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Put the batter into a 8in x 8in pan. Bake at 350F for 15-18 min or until just golden. I recommend undercooking if you want the gooey brownie texture. Enjoy!
