Method
- Saute the bacon until browned and add the apple chunks.
- Add the collard greens and coat in bacon fat. Add the bone broth and cook on Manual High Pressure for 6 minutes. Use the quick pressure release method.
- It's ready to eat. Add salt to taste and serve with some pulled chicken or pulled pork.
Stovetop
- Saute the bacon in a heavy-bottomed pot. Add the cubed apples.
- Add the collard greens and coat in bacon fat. Add the bone broth and simmer for about 40 minutes.
- Taste and add salt if necessary.
