Quick Blender Paleo Bread

This easy paleo bread can be made in less than 5 minutes in a blender.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup arrowroot flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ground golden flax seeds Coffee grinder works great to grind the flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp raw white honey
  • 5 tbsp full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan pink sea salt

Method
 

  1. Turn oven on to 350F. Cut out a piece of parchment paper to fit you loaf pan. Place the parchment in your pan.
  2. Put all of the ingredients in a blender. Mix on high speed until everything is smooth.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30-40min. Once the bread is golden, insert a toothpick to check if it's done. If the toothpick comes out dry the bread is ready.
  4. Cool on rack for 20 minutes.
