Method
- For the dry rub, mix all of the ingredients together and rub onto ribs. Can be done overnight for more flavor or immediately before cooking.
- Add the bone broth, coconut aminos, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt into slow cooker or Instant Pot.
- Add the pork ribs.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- If you want these extra crispy and caramelized take out of slow cooker and broil for about 5 min.
