Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Ribs

This recipe is so easy yet taste like you spent hours laboring in the kitchen. Perfect for a weeknight or weekend meal.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup bone broth or water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Dry Rub (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. For the dry rub, mix all of the ingredients together and rub onto ribs. Can be done overnight for more flavor or immediately before cooking.
  2. Add the bone broth, coconut aminos, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt into slow cooker or Instant Pot. 
  3. Add the pork ribs. 
  4. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  5. If you want these extra crispy and caramelized take out of slow cooker and broil for about 5 min.
