Smoked Trout Dip (Dairy-free)

This dip comes together in less than 5 minutes but taste like a fancy appetizer at a 1st class restaurant.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz smoked trout
  • 4 oz kitehill cream cheese )or other dairy-free cream cheese)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped capers

Method
 

  1. Put the smoked trout in a bowl and break up with a fork.
  2. Add cream cheese, chives, dill, capers, and lemon juice and mix together. That's it!
